Almost all of the batts in my install arrived with damage. Luckily it was nothing I couldn't repair (batts are tough), but the dents and so on are noticeable. How anyone could imagine an 80-pound brick should be shipped surrounded by an inch of styrofoam in a thin box and nothing more is beyond me. Problem is you need to order more at once... Then you get them on a pallet. Just have to remove the bar and the plate above it. Also that container thing next the batt, jus unbolt it and have someone push it aside when u put the batt in. It's a tight fit once it's done.
