GymJunkie
Well I can already tell you guys that colder weather does NOT help my bass at all, but that could just be my subs. I warm my car up 15 mins before my shift ends but not before I head to work and I do already have plans for a remote start. I really hope my screen isnt fucked, damn Ill be pissed Quote 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. zachfowler222
im sure your screen wont mess up i have 4 touch screens in my car and they all work fine, also if there was a risk i dont think car companys would install them as options that they would have to replace if cold air fucked them up... and dont slam on your subs as soon as you get in the car if your worried. just play them a little unitl your car heats up and then slam on them Quote I SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY... BozzMazzi
Wouldn't the biggest problem/concern be that a cold car will be more susceptible to having something break from the abuse that some systems can place? I'm normally more affraid that my 18"s will break something in the truck (in cold) then the subs having an issue. LT.Smoke
With the extreme cold most things can become more fragile... I would suggest just playing at a moderate volume like everyone else suggested then as your car warms up and your subs loosen up you can gradually go up in volume Quote Team MaxRetribution Si Vis Pacem Parabellum Id rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 Bowhunting- Life Begins and Ends at Full Draw Bowhunting Team Fatal Trajectory Hunt Team http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/49335-sick96vtecaccords-t-line-build/?hl=sick96vtecaccord << Accord Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/68498-smokedout08impalas-tline-build/?hl=+sick96vtecaccord << Impala T-line build Rebassed.com for all your music needs 👌
Bakerman
Okay, you get the picture on cold subs. Freesing temps are bad. As far as the touchscreen, its according to your monitor. If its plasma, its possible to mess it up with the cold. But as for an LCD or LED screen, it won't hurt it.

LT.Smoke
Hmm let me put this into Tard Terms so it can be understood LCD screens contain a Gel like solution that is comprised of 60 percent water and 20 percent iodized crystals similar to salt but larger and the last 10 percent is half ethanol and half petroleum jelly Quote Team MaxRetribution Si Vis Pacem Parabellum Id rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 Bowhunting- Life Begins and Ends at Full Draw Bowhunting Team Fatal Trajectory Hunt Team http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/49335-sick96vtecaccords-t-line-build/?hl=sick96vtecaccord << Accord Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/68498-smokedout08impalas-tline-build/?hl=+sick96vtecaccord << Impala T-line build Rebassed.com for all your music needs 👌
