I have no issues trying to get a hold of anyone from there and can order recones with no issues. Its not a big deal. however if you have a local dealer they may want you to go through them. Even still I can tell you recones are not that expensive. I was kinda surprised what the price for my 9500s was. They catch a bad wrap sometimes because so and so knows so and so who says he cant get parts. most times its a Cover your ass story because they never really ordered anything.
