DjStyles
I got the d6500 and when the package arrived I opened the box and pulled out the battery and the plastic handle broke causing the battery to fall on it's corner and bust open. I called xs and spoke to a women who took my number and never called back, this happened over a month ago. All I'm trying to say is a 65lb battery should not have a tiny plastic handle. skittlesRgood
apparently its easier to make an account on here and post about it than it is to call them again. Ford302Redneck
Its been over a month and you only called once?! They can't help you if you don't talk to them. The longer u wait the harder it is to prove defected equipment BTW. You can't blame XS if they wasn't properly informed of your problem. Sure can't fix it if they don't know... Nathan @ XSpower
Who did you speak with? I will pass this info along to the product development department for their consideration. So far though the new handle has worked great with the batteries.
speedball1978
my battery works great and it didn't even have a handle on it.. but i have to customize my battery tray to keep the battery from moving which kinda sucks.. battery came out smaller than the original but voltage wise, is higher and stable
