He won't care what you have to say. Especially if the guy is asshole enough to do it at 3am. He obviosuly doesn't care about anything else but what he wants to do. I even turn my down when I stop at lights and sometimes when I go thru residential areas. It is annoying as hell when someone just sits their and lets the system play like that in a stationary spot. If your driving past with your beat on, its really no big deal to me......5 seconds of my life hearing some bass in the distance never hurt no one. 30 minutes at a time, and probably of the same bassline because dude likes that song, is a different story. Dont know about where you live, but you can be drunk underage in your own home/bar/restaurant/ where ever in Wisconsin. Theres only one catch, your parents have to buy it for you then give it to you.
