zayres29 Posted January 22, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 22, 2011 I hate those dashes something fierce i like the dash itself but i am NOT going to put my deck half way across the cab i like resting my hand on the shifter and controlling the radio its dumb how GM did the radio they way they did but i have a remedy its called wood frame and fiberglass Btw that was the first person. BanginOnABudget Posted January 22, 2011 Report Share Posted January 22, 2011 replace the radio with one of those things that converts it into a storage compartment, did it in my grandfathers truck, and asfar as the double din, good luck man. im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Almost as bad as those fegs that put those horns in their grills and roll down the street distorting the block.... 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2 Dr. Big-3 in 0g on Stock Alt. Ive got lots of tools and stuff. table saw router table etc. If i dont have it its just a trip to lowes away lol.
