Under law, they do NOT have to honor the advertised price. But, that being said, I sure in the hell hope they do. And if they do, I have feeling craigslist will be flooded with ps3s lol.

Also just food for thought, that model PS3 is no longer produced, so if they are out of stock, the chances are slim for them to get many in.
