I'll have inside pics later, but it's still pretty rough. 3200 sq ft. 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a game-room/office (shared by me and the wife, it's big), third garage where the 5th bedroom would have been (on the right in the pic). Well, before the market crash, this place would have gone for ~$550k in this area. I haven't finalized the financing yet, but it will be about $305. A steal if you ask me.
