soundzright
Thanks just checking because I read they can rest at 13.2 and now its at 12.79. Trying to make sure it will be ok to install in the spring time.

Nathan @ XSpower
Depending upon what charger you were using and what rates (amperage and voltage) it was charging at you will get different readings. If you are charging at a low amperage (5 amps or under) then the charger may say it is fully charged, but you actually did not get a deep charge on the cells. On the other side of it if you charge at too high of an amperage (20amps or higher), then you will get a quick charge that doesn't fully charge the cells. Both of these situations can cause the battery to not hold the voltage as good. Your battery sounds like it will be fine. Just keep it charged up until you install it and you shouldn't have any problems.
soundzright
I charged it at 7 amps at 14.5 to 14.7 volts. It took a little while to charge up out of the box about 40 minutes. It didn't stay in full charge for much more than 10 minutes the rest of the time was in the last stage. I kept it on float for about an hour as well. Thanks for the advice. soundzright
How often should I check it?
Nathan @ XSpower
If it is being stored indoors then you should be good for a few weeks before it starts to get to the 12.6V range, then charge it back up. I would just put it on the charger and leave it, but that may not be a good idea depending on the charger you have.
