Sub wall questions?

Can someone who has a wall in a car tell me how bad it makes your mpg drop? I want to put my other 2 15's in but to do that I will have to build a wall to do so.

Depends on the weight you add and what vehicle really.

yep its all about the weight. i put my system in my van and the ass end dropped 3 inches. so if u want mileage dont wall it lol

I'll probably do it anyways it will be going in a 2002 Honda Accord coupe. It will probably be around an extra 400lbs with all the equipment, but that is just a guess.

If you're doing it properly, probably more. But depends on what equipment you use, and how nutty you go with the baffle/panel thicknesses.

in the city i think i dropped about 10 mpg in the city

so im around 15 in the city give or take

32 on the highway, all day....

Before you build or even start your build, here is a thought....How about get the actual weight of everything you are putting it this car, add all that up and then figure out how many sheets of mdf you are going to use if that is what you are going to use to build it and add all that up, oh and btw 3/4 mdf weights in at 97 lbs a sheet. My wall for 4 aq 15's with all my equipment is close to 1000 lbs, so it will drop you some. The wall alone empty is 600+ and this is just double walled mdf, now granted I have a big wall and your wall would be smaller, it is better to plan it out then just start building.
