ChevyBoy95
I think I already know the answer but would like to make sire what I'm thinking is right. Is it ok to put a ho alt that charges at 14.4v on a regular 12v interstate battery? zayres29
it would be ok for a while but i would look into upgrading the battery soon cause those interstate batteries werent meant for car audio or go through lotst of cycles of discharging and recharging so it will fail sooner Btw that was the first person. Ever banned by me while dropping a deuce. Feel privileged

I'm not using for comps either, just daily and will be hopefully running 2.5k. Will be a 280 amp alt and will eventually have a XS or Kinetik under the hood. iKidwell
you're gonna have some voltage drop in the near future unless you have somethin in the back as well c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old. i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer. 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport Sedan Build in Progress
