I believe the idea is to keep the bad guy guessing, in meaning the bad guy cant see who has a gun and who don't. That way he or she is less willing to just attack at random. when you just walk around with a gun in plain sight, it does the opposite, the bad person can see who to stay away from, and if they really want they can go harass you knowing if they don't do any harm and you shoot them then you will be arrested. the best is keep in concealed then if needed then you use deadly force. Your second amendment rights stop at the sidewalk. A private business can tell you to keep them out if they want. All it does is scare people. Scared people call legislators. Since I own like 5 glocks now(i think) all my holsters and what not are still useable with this. I've been shooting hte G22 against the guys who are shooting soft shooting 9mm and I can't hang with that. Everyone is shooting 9mm except two other guys. I finished ahead of one and behind one by a few places.
