LT.Smoke
Suppressor question... When you do the paperwork to pick up a suppressor does it have to be tied to 1 certain weapon or is it able to be placed on any firearm you own that it would work for?? Example- If I bought a suppressor for a 9mm and I had several 9mm pistols would it have to be attached to 1 certain pistol or can you use it on any of your 9mm pistols? Broke_Audio_Addict
The tax stamp is for the can, You can put it on whatever you want. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. 3vil
^^^That^^^ You submitting the paperwork to legally own the suppressor. The BATFE doesn't give 2 shits if you can actually attach it to any weapon you own.

Airborne
A find submitted a form 1 to make an SBR. It was right around the 2012 election. I submitted two after he did and was approved 6 months before him. The whole process can be off putting but be patient, once you have your first NFA item sitting in front of you you'll come up with all kids of cool gun ideas... boometro
just confirmed with a couple dealers here in AZ. they told me it is 6-7 months at max. they have never seen anything take longer than that. i guess its all in where you are or who your dealer is. who knows. just dropped off a big deposit for the gun and the suppressor and will pay the rest when the suppressor is in. they said it should be around the first weeks of the new year.
