David711
If it will fit with the door off, take the door off. Only a couple bolts unless you have power windows and locks, then you may have to take the panel off. Not always. I've seen a lot of cars that you can pull the wire out a little ways and plugs are right inside the door so no door panel has to come off. Ecco
Aaaaaaand.. mark. I would just disassemble the box. But the majority of users seem to go with the latter.
osamio
Take the door off, but don't underestimate how heavy a car door is. Especially if your light like me lol. And just mark the hinges, u'll be fine. cOmpressor
How is the box put together? Nails, screws, glue, etc? Sounds like you should put it together inside or change your design so it fits. Either way it looks like you won't be done in the morning, sorry. finkster
I took my heavy ass car doors off by myself over summer and put them back on...Never had alignment problems. Andy yes doors are heavy as shit so make sure you have something to brace the bottom of the door when you unbolt it. bassl0va
You sure it won't fit? It's amazing what you can fit through the opening. Otherwise, door off, you'll just wreck the box otherwise.
