The Orange Goober
ok so then let me ask you this...do you think my sub choice is too much for the amp?? the SSD is a great woofer, sounds amazing and has great output..it was being pushed by my T500.1...i sold that amp yesterday hence forth the new amp and woofer.. SO should i downgrade my level of woofer? id still like to stay with those companies, i would just assume a different line of woofer.. The Orange Goober
AA Havoc, DC XL, FI BL, are options I would look into for what you're providing space and power wise. Although the box specs...are these max dimensions already considered? yes this box is at max...any bigger and shes not fittin in the trunk. Ford302Redneck
I personally like Fi BL's, with anything less than 2k rms... They can really get low, but also have tight loud upper end bass compared to the Q and SSD.
TeamHT
I do like the BL, not going to lie Quote Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
C-Fizzy
BL's like BIG box's. learned that the hard way. The Orange Goober
ok so ive read that the BL and XL are going to be my best choices?? both are damn good woofers, the SSD I have now is pretty loud...sounds clean, i just want more...is the BL going to be the winner as far as SQ/SPL goes?? TeamHT
You're not going to have a clear cut winner. They are both awesome performers...and you have many loyal FI/AA and DC users so its near pointless. Go off of your budget and you can't lose either way. Me...I'd go with the XL...lol Edited January 30, 2011 by TeamHT Quote Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
Ford302Redneck
BL is cheaper than a XL. Lol. I mean I have different prices than what you can get. I can get AA cheaper than FI, so that's my next choice. I also can get DC but I like AA prices better.

But in the space provided, I'd like the XL better. Personal preference though Quote Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
