crispy_chick3n Posted February 4, 2011 Report Share Posted February 4, 2011 (edited) ok, so lets start over. we have here a 94 mustang. currently he has 2 15" mtx 9500's. not sure on the amp, but i know the amp is mtx brand. he wants to keep the mtx's, we are basicly just getting rid of the crappy prefab box. so after the last fail thread i have come up with a final design that should work just fine. it will be a trunk build literaly in the trunk of the mustang because of the stupidly retarded small trunk/backseat opening. here is the final box design. i picked up the mdf today. should hopefuly be starting tomorrow around noon ish. hopefuly done with at least the major part of the box. depending how hard we work, and how much alcohol is consumed we should be able to finish it tomorrow. but for now cheers :drink40: Edited February 4, 2011 by Bass_Man_2010 Quote This page is crispy_chick3n approved. © crispy_chick3n inc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

At first I was going to ask why you thought that but then I remembered it was a mustang. The most we could do in my friends was 2 10's because the trunk opening is a joke. crispy_chick3n Posted February 6, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 6, 2011 (edited) ok, ok so here is some of the progress so far. for some reason image shack or photobucket wont let me upload. dunno why, so for now i leave you with 4 pictures. ill try to figure out why i cant upload and hopefuly be able to post up the 30- 40 some odd pictures up, the box isnt done yet, we have to put the port and back on the box, add the bracing, 45 the 90's, then it is done. oh yea thats right i said it, this box fits in the trunk of a mustang, there is even a spot to mount the amp, second battery and power cap. i know the opinions on power caps here, but the amp has seperate terminals for a power cap, so he wants to let it have one. the amp is a mtx 1501d (just for refrence) anyway on to pics. subs in the old prefab loading the subs 1st sub in from the front like i said i have tons of pics, i just have to figure out why i cant upload right now. cheers Edited February 6, 2011 by Bass_Man_2010 Quote This page is crispy_chick3n approved. © crispy_chick3n inc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
