This has been on my mind for about a month now. Simple, ring terminal style ANL fuse holders. Simple yet VERY effective that is. Ever since i started making speaker box terminals, i knew which direction i wanted to take this Now let me say this, i don't know anything about any other brand. I looked at NOBODY'S stuff. This was designed by me from scratch. I also know there is WAY nicer terminals out there. I don't have the capability to do some of the EXTREMELY nice stuff some of the top guys are making. BUT this will be a nice alternative and i hope the price will be super nice! I think it will! Milled from 3/4" PVC these have 8 files and if i include the aluminum strip that i also mill, there is also 6 tool changes (by hand) to make this happen. It's more complicated than it looks. But i hope you guys like them! **NOTE: Before you say anything. YES i am planning on designing a cover plate. YES i have my own ideas. YES i will have SMD on the top BUT offer a blank top as well. If you get me the vectorized files, i might even be able to do your own logo for a little extra. BUT let me design the cover first. I also have plans to integrate a VM-1 into one of these and the design is half way done now! NOTE #2: the bolts in the rear are milled around the hex heads. They won't turn (unless you torque them like an animal, it is still pvc after all). They will also be sealed so they won't be exposed like in these pics. I spent ALL day and most the evening working on these so i have more i want to do. I plan on having them ready by the weekend. Of course i always practice on cheap particle board before diving into a $200 sheet of PVC looks good lets go! I will probably do .065 aluminum but the .040 is already twice as thick as the fuse housing itself...and they are only 1" apart. Should be fine this way too! Everything is flush.

haven't set one up yet sorry! i am like $1500 in the hole on materials, a couple hundred in electricity and another $500 in labor so i gotta start recouping before i can offer discounts . This one really broke me though! well not broke but i broke open the wallet that's for sure.

believe it or not there is a lot of thought into those covers...and i didn't even wanna talk about it until they were completed. I spent lots of time just to come up with what looks simple but kinda isn't. Anyway, i am glad that is done. Also, I am waiting on 1,000 black nylon acorn nuts to offer instead of the stainless ones. We painted them black to prevent accidental contact with things but it can scratch if abused. So the nylon (or plastic) ones will look exactly the same and never conduct. I should have those early next week. But they are good the way they are for now.

for anyone wondering, the SMD is carved into the back of the acrylic so you can see it but you can't feel it. I offer these without the top logo too (blank) for no extra fee. I am not removing the SMD from the body of the holder but don't worry, if you hate me but love my products, your fuses will cover that one. haha Also, for those that wanna save a few bucks, you can purchase it without the cover. That might be good if you KNOW your block won't be in any danger. to be continued! i am tired! clocked in at 6am this morning making this an 18 hour day. Been doing 15's and 16's for 2 weeks straight. see yall in about 5 hours when i get up (and do it all again)

Ok a few changes i made. For the 2+ versions, instead of using .050 or .065 Aluminum (that i planned on), i decided to go a lot bigger with it. I am now using .125. The bolts are only 1" apart and it should work very well like this. That is assuming you only use one wire in and 4 wires out. But i suggest of course at least 2 inputs for a 4+ fuse setup. Either way it will work good! I worked VERY hard on these things and so did the help i brought in just to get these done. It's been LONG days but they are finally ready! Ok i got the singles and doubles done! These are just basic units. I will take these to another level with covers, LED's, different materials like acrylic etc soon! I wan't to make sure they are GREAT before i put them up for sale. So give me more time! I spent HOURS and HOURS on these things and lots more to come. Getting the basics down first was my goal. Taking the basics to something else later is the next goal. Ok on these double units (as well as the new quads (coming next) and 8's...the aluminum will be a lot thicker than what you see here. It will reach the top of that recess. I had a long day and didn't have time to mill out the aluminum on the CNC. 16 hour days are long enough for me. I know, i am lazy. LOL.
