Tony C. has me scared with his turn-on relay kit. Two amps (mono & 4-chan) on a single HU remote out (300mA) should be fine right? Using 12ga cca on a 10ft max run? The Tony's make me overthink shit.

Miguels, are you saying that you should use that relay kit for fans or will a simple relay suffice?

the relay kit makes everything more simple. just plug everything in. you can buy all of the components separately and wire it yourself.

That's what I thought....is there a huge cost difference? Might just get the kit since seems more like a plug and play type deal....
