My father in law is Japanese, and speaks perfect english with no accent. He can whip up some good ass food also.

Shit you got to hit up the Chinese spots in Spanish neighborhoods. They speak more Spanish then English.

Any chinese place I've tried that the people working there could speak perfect english with nearly no accent, was usually the shittiest chinese I've had.
