    You'll gain your speakers displacement when inverted.If you're looking for substantial differences, it wont be in bass output,maybe mechanical noise like megalo said.I've heard of suspension sag,but I never noticed anything when I did it.Only thing I worried about was debris getting in my pole vent.

    As it may seem,there is very little turbo lag as the long run of pipe under the car acts like an intercooler.This set up is very efficient believe me it has proved it's worth.
