  1. Didn't get a raptor yet. .... they are still crazy high. With the new models coming out in a few months I'm hoping the drop a bit in the used market. Either way I'm considering going back to 8in subs, going between these, the new sundown x8 and the atomic 8s.

  3. I have the audio technix at800.1 and it's a great amp. .. just not enough power for me so I may be upgrading to this one. Although I need to upgrade my electrical system as well.

  5. Got today..yes they are beefy! Weighed in at 17.8lbs each. Whats the breakin reccomendation? it may be a few weeks till i can get mine in the jeep but i can break them in before that happens.

  7. Volvo and Audi....lol..yeah umm Audi's are the number one worst used cars for a reason. ALso find what cylinder is misfiring. Instead of trying all kinds of additaves and what not figure out if its the coil or possibly a spark plug. It could be an injector but i doubt it.
  8. yeah head gaskets dont just blow for no reason. Have you heads checked to make sure they are flat as well as your block deck surface.
  9. steeda and roush racing make focus parts...roush should also still have blower and turbo kits on the shelf for it. A few companies make a header for it...as wwell as gears for the diff..cold air intake and exhaust.
  10. Saleen made a blower for that engine in the thurnderbird. Contact them and see if they have any sitting in a wharehouse somewhere. Other than that borla makes an exhaust but I would have something custom made for cheaper. K&n may also offer a cold air intake for it.
  11. I think someone doesnt know the difference between aturbocharger and a supercharger lol. Dont buy a car because it comes with alooy wheels and because you broke a rim....thats dumb..stop hitting potholes. Has nothing to do with the car's overall quality. I almost bought a G8 couple months ago...but needed a 4wd vehicle and decided on something new. G8's are kind of a pain to do aftermarket headunits in though, from what I understand.
  12. if you want max power look into headers...but they can get expensive. Other than that replace your mid pipe with new 2.5in pipes and high flow cats...sure you can use 3in but 2.5in is good to 450hp on most engines....way ore than you are making. Then add new piping and really the single or dual set-up is based on what you like more...your mufflr now should be dual in dual out depending on year. But you can add a Magnaflow muffler and new pipes for a couple hundred bucks.
  13. what year is your mustang...and what trans auto or manual? Ive had 9 sangs and used to run my own mustang performance shop i should be able to point you close to the right direction lol
