seriously, cone area > all 4 15s have more cone area than 2 18s, and you will move more air with 4 15s vs 2 18s 2 18s = 508 sq inch of cone 4 15s = 706 sq inch of cone 200 more sq inch of cone is alot thats almost 1 whole 18" sub... Just sayin bro... you could get over 150 with either 4 15s or 2 18s, but 4 15s should move more air.. its mathematically correct

what 18's are you running? 2 level 5 18s.. but i want more cone area and 4 15s have more cone than 2 18s, and if you got the same 18s as you would 15s you would have more motor force with 4 15s of the same vs 2 18s of the same..

Honestly, if you can, go 4 15s over 2 18s... I have 2 18s and wishing i had went with 4 15s instead

order a different dustcap then, or spraypaint the one you have lol... recone wont really change anything other than the logo....

if you wanted to change subs, sell the SSD and get something else.... reconing to something else wont really increase the power handling by as much as you are thinking....

The gain knob all the way up does not equal Max 2400 true rms power... You need to set it with an oscilliscope to prove you are not clipping it

XL should be louder off of 2000 rms... I think there was some one who did some testing that showed the XL being louder up till 3000 rms then the lvl 5 was louder after that point..

no im saying change the RCAs on your radio from sub to like your fronts or rears, you might have a blown sub channel on your head unit

are you able to get a ohm load out of your wiring? you might not have wired your subs up... or they fell out of the sub, or the terminal in the box, or whatever.. or your amp is fucked, or you got your RCAs on video channel or something... try putting them on your fronts or rear rcas
