Just wanted to give a big thanks to Matt and Michael. These guys have great customer service. I'm more then pleased with my purchase. If you have been trying to figure out where to order your next alternator or any other product sold by mechman don't hesitate. Mechman will treat you right and do everything in their power to help you out. Thanks again guys.

I run Rockford and I like them. The ones with the shielding on them. Different strokes, they were like $22 a set.- 17 replies

The only thing I can think of is when you add 4-500lbs of equipment. Then I can see your gas milage being affected and of course your car will be slower from added weight. -
I had progressive on a brand new Yamaha r6 raven and was only 20 years old paid $68 a month for full coverage. I honestly wish I would've bought a r1 right from the start. I grew up on dirt bikes so maybe I'm different but I was ready for a upgrade after a month. Do what your comfortable with but I thought the r1 was easier to ride.

Need Help getting this active set up to work
chronic2001 replied to RooTxBeeR's topic in Head Units-Processors and Eq's
Not sure what kind of crossovers are on the rockfords but sundown has a pretty sweet crossover setup on their amps. Might wanna check them out. Should be able to run everything you want with them. Might be able to get away with one sax-200.4 depending on your power needs and ohm loads. -

You need 3 4" ports like somewhere around 19" long to get enough port area and tuning freqency. -
Kicker has good wire.... I agree after that.

Newbie to car audio needs help with box
chronic2001 replied to wcefai's topic in Subwoofers / Enclosures
People are going to ask you what kinda vehicle you have. Then if you say suv they will say subs up port back. If you say ext cab truck the will say subs forward port to the side. Heard a few people running subs up port up in ext cab trucks but ray runs subs forward port side. Good luck with the build. -
I have a sundown saz2500d never used if your interested pm me
