Sure you can use mono blocks to power mids and highs it's done in highend home systems all the time. However you will need a pair of the same amps for 2 channels. These mono blocks need to be full range as well so that means 20 - 20000htz which now a days means your paying big bucks for said mono blocks. Theirs sq guys with nothing but mono blocks going to their mids, back in the day I built a truck chalked full of mini Xtant monos running a shit pile of focal k2 powers! It was amazing and ran ice cold! Now we new what the F##k we were doing and had a endless budget. So Yes you can and if done well it's amazing!
