h22 swap or fix?
J00bles replied to Dr. Winn's topic in Engine and Performance - Anything for that couple extra horses!
i called it 240, because (realistically) nobody is going to roll around with a motor swap and NOT have exhaust and intake done. and speaking of realistic, why would you come at me so negatively. if hes going to "swap" it, why not go all out and put the best of their h series motors into it. you know a thing or two about hondas, as do many of us on here, so what do you think would suit his accord best? i say JDM h22a. i have one in my 94 coupe. its fucking a blast to drive. thats my .02 -

Noob With wiring questions!
J00bles replied to btrango's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
^^pretty much. the fuses MUST be as close to the battery as possible, or else you are disregarding the point of having them -
Noob With wiring questions!
J00bles replied to btrango's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
this will work fine. just remember to fuse your power wires to help prevent any fires from happening. -
keep in mind that infinty speakers are usually 2 ohm, as well. my kappa 6.5s are, anyways...

its not typically used to test bass. more of a mids and highs song.

h22 swap or fix?
J00bles replied to Dr. Winn's topic in Engine and Performance - Anything for that couple extra horses!
dont waste your time doing either. the USDM preludes have a fairly weak engine (even the American SI versions) If the motor is a H22a JDM motor, it would be worth the effort (240hp stock) -
quick question about wiring...
J00bles replied to manofthehour's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
alternators produce current (AKA Amperage) at a specified voltage (AKA 14 volts) alternators are the ONLY way to raise your voltage/ amperage (this will only work if your charging current is more than your discharging current) kranny has been right. **edit your diagram WORKS, but is a waste of time. you'll have less voltage drop if you do it the way kranny drew up -
is the12volts port tuning calculator good
J00bles replied to Craig28's topic in Subwoofers / Enclosures
i've used re's and the 12 v's and i've noticed almost no differences. my box tuning seems to be lower when i build to re's calc and a bit higher when i use the 12v's calc -
