    No need for loudness setting or to put the bass to +1. And set the gain to a output voltage of 0.5V? I don't think u're HU RCA's only send out 0.5V, you're probably clipping it hard. And those subs won't like it.

    I was telling it to DGold In the manual of his HU it says it goes to 35.

    You do know u're HU can be clipping? And the clipping light doesn't detects that kind of clipping.

    I have a comment I would sell the amp u have and buy another one, use atleast hifonics amps on those Xcons. And if u're runnning over 3kwRMS i would upgrade the alt.

    Sorry, but that comment is really narrow minded. Blaming music for the youth that is destroying itself, i don't mean to be rude, but i assume you are over 40years. And some rap isn't ridiculous babble, most of the rap this time is worth nothing except for the bass. Listen to Notorious B.I.G. or 2pac, or eminem they have songs that are good and the lyrics are great.

    No need to bump 4 times... in a day... I would choose the pioneer over the JVC and Alpine. It has a lot of features and i don't think i would like to miss cd's to play.

    In belgium we don't have lower then 95 octane gas... And i always use 98.

    :facepalm: A SA12 isn't made to handle that amount of power, and this guy just starts out with car audio, it's not wise to tell him to overpower a sub by double it's RMS. A SA 12 on 600W should work well. EDIT: it can handle more , but i wouldn't advise you to overpower it.

    He doesn't has a budget... >< In that case i would do 4 15inch RE XXX on 8k watts . So, 4 15inch RE XXX and 2 sundown audio 4500. And 2 270 amp alternators, and 2 extra big batteries.(like the xs power D3400)

    Well actually it's not needed if u inverted only 1 sub. (you won't hear the difference) But if u have more then 1 sub and invert 1 of the X amount of subs then u need to reverse polarity on the 1 sub.
