Well in the parking lot after he was circling it, he came out of his car and couldn't walk and was talking gibberish. He was either drunk or on something, but there was no telling what he could do. That's why I didn't take action, he finally took off. But I am just assuming he was drunk because of the way he acted and the dangerous way he was driving. Not sure what has happen to him as of now, the cops didn't seem to care much. Just working with the insurance company to see if this guy has insurance. Honestly, I can care less how much it cost if the idiots insurance is going to cover it. I'm just hoping that it won't be much if I have to break my bank for this crap. Thanks for some of the help

So i was driving in a parking lot and some drunk idiot was coming straight at me, I turned to miss him, and he swiped the back side of my car. He circled the parking lot for a while, and took off. I quickly called the police and gave them his plate number. So I'm guessing this idiot don't have insurance, and repair cost's might come out of my pocket because I don't have full coverage on my insurance.
