crescendo 3k. they were $550 new. you can get those used under 500 easy. sundown 3ks sell for about 500 used but the crescendo and sundown 3ks are exactly the same board.
i believe, not sure, that kicker amps will protect if you wire below 2ohm.
the rule with wiring below what the amp is stable for, you have to be ok with the chance of blowing your amp and you have to know it was your fault if it does.
uh oh... lol. when you strap amps (thats what you're talking about doing) they put out twice the power of one amp but at 2ohm (for a 1ohm stable amp). doing that, each amp actually sees 1ohm.
my first guess would be 2ohm but i really dont know... i had the midbass on its own channel when i did mine.
yes, you can run one set of speaker wires then split them at the crossovers.
so those are both bass boost knobs. bass boost is generally very frowned on around here. you would be better off getting a knob that goes inline with your RCAs. thats will be a real gain knob and the safest option. but RF doesnt make one. PAC does.
Your god cause you can deal with his yelling at us. I quit after he started yelling at us to answer his question.
i will admit, i was yelling in my head as i was reading it. it was quite annoying.
you had 16v batteries on the way when you asked this, they are here by now. what was the point in asking? you're already doing it.
btw, i would sell that second 12v 330amp alt. no way your car needs 330amps. i would put a smaller one in to reduce the strain on the engine and get some extra cash for your build. thats up to you obviously. just a lot of power to waste.
