no audio at work. what happened?

5-600 for speakers or speakers and processor? you coming to the show this weekend? find me if you are there. i want to hear these seleniums. see if you can change my mind about pro audio. No... Gotta take care of some stuff in Chico. Bill runs selenium in his truck. They are backed by a lot more processing than mine, but they sound good... For $70 a pair, ($125 for complete separates) find me something that sounds better and is as efficient. I think you'd be hard pressed to find me anything that sounds better under $200. Aren't those tang bands you have in the pillars pro audio? nope, they are home audio, full range. plus i dont use them for midbass. i like a lot of midbass and i just dont hear it from seleniums. ID CTX are $160 for the full comp set. i would bet on them.

work? sure. it wont be "SQ" though. whats your budget for speakers? are you going to get a processor?

i wouldnt do anything other than ANL or MIDI. i dont think any of those styles besides ANL go up over ~200amps

good god, NO. he lives in california. it never gets cold enough to see 16v lol. 30* would be crazy cold here and we would only see that at night.

never seen what you are looking for. i say do inline fuses "like a normal person" lol boiler, look again. the 1st one is clearly made to hold a fuse for the 1/0 terminal.

hmm... i like it. much easier than the big one i use.

thats what i would do. 25-50% damplifier coverage and 80-100% overkill coverage. you just want to put the damplifier on large flat panels. any contours will already have enough strength.

and the sq? low volume, they all sound the same. full tilt, its a fucking 12k. who cares about SQ? lol

ya, its a different type of amp than anyone uses. its basically a big ass motor controller turned into an amp. they work fine for daily as long as you dont go below 1ohm. i use the 12k in my car daily.

unless you're at .5ohm i would bet your seeing no more than 400w each. and those things are moving pretty good for such little power. finish that wall and you will gain a lot. there shouldnt be that gap between the box and roof, or any sides for that matter. yea the amp is at .5ohm right now. Once I get my second amp in each will be seeing .25. Like nick said, the wall is still in test phase. I do plan on sealing everything up once I am satisfied with how its playing. And I am pretty happy with how its playing now so I gotta get on that lol

im not trying to be a dick here but is this the gear you want to get close to 155db with?

thats a great reference page but thats really all taking about using wire on the DC side. AC power is much different. if that chart applied to AC then i would need 0awg speaker wire.

if you meter usaci style dont go around bragging about the score without saying its a usaci score. there can easily be a 3db difference between outlaw and legal.

dbdrag, sealed on the dash is the "legal" way and seen as the standard. meca measures at the head rest door open or closed. outlaw is in the passenger kick, door open or closed.
