When you start to get really high up (power wise) it gets harder to get louder...ever wondered why? The sub heats up, becomes less efficient. just fyi the only time triple joints fail or spiders at that point there is something seriously wrong with your box or was over powering them or playing full tilt way out of tunning so fix that problem frist or its going to happen again

Ya ditch the 45s I have tested the shit out of 45s 99% of the time they hurt my loudness good old basic square box works the best for me also don't use to much glue on the second baffle it could cause the baffle to float on top of the glue and turn out gay

ok here are your options 2 15's easy to do the box an in most cases takes less air space and easy to wire 4 12's has more cone area and more motor force but are harder to wrok with more box more wiring ect. the 4 12's has the potentail to get louder ut its all in the build it comes down to how much work do you wanna do also whats up with the rentamods or do you just wanna raise you post count?

Snfu is 100% correct best explantion there is For the varible adjustment on the phase has to do with the sq part of what sanfu was saying in order to blend the subs to the front stage a full 180 does not allways work just more tunning options to dial it in more for yur system
