what kind of car do you have?

in a sense, yeah, a 4th order. you could put a loading wall at the opening and tune it to help fine tune the output. porting one would make it a parallel tuned 6th order. kind of like the hoopty. it can be looked at as 2 ported boxes facing each other (as i believe that was how it was designed), or a 6th order. i wish i would have tunneled all my 8's when i had them

'better' is matter of opinion. i like ported, they generally get louder than sealed, but can also be tricky in designing them. i personally will always go ported unless i have a tunnel of subs. you seem new to all of this. just keep browsing the forums a while. you got lots to learn

biggest thing i've noticed since my 4g is spotty is if i upload pics to facebook. old phone would take up to a few minutes to upload. my new phone takes about 3 seconds. i still get giggity at the speed when i can get it lol

yeah that too on the battery. mine ran like SHIT for a couple days and then i realized my screen back light was all the way up and my gps was constantly on. oops lol. fixed that now and it lasts all day and then some with some pretty good use. you'll enjoy the phone stock. i'm in no hurry to flash roms, i just want to root it and clean some stuff up

i have a task manager, but not a task killer. so i still use it, unless that's the one they're embedding instead of their own thing. HTC tried their hand at a swype type texting app that was embedded...and it sucks. horribly. mine did come with a virus scan tho so no need to download others. it seems to work pretty well so far. overclocking is also a possibility, but the sensation and evo 3D are already so fast, i personally don't see a real need to. i plan on rooting mine when the time comes, and that'll probably just make it that much faster. rather not risk the innards anyways EDIT: i have insurance on my phone...so not too worried about warranty lol. so if something happens i can still get a new phone. gotta pay a little, but i can still enjoy my phone more. plus, only real issue would be a broken screen but the sensation as well as evo 3D use gorilla glass so even that is a far cry now

rooting gives you root access to the apps on the phone. so you can delete the extra crap the phone comes with if you want such as (for me) t mobile app pack, t mobile tv, etc. also allows the installation of some other apps, as well as flashing roms which are more custom/customizable and can also make the phone much faster. but it also voids warranty, so be careful if you decide to go that route. some phones i believe you can make it go back to factory, given that you are still able to use the phone should something happen to it. i could do that with my HD2, but that was on windows mobile

get the sensation. it's pretty much the same phone as the evo 3D, minus the 3D parts. 2.3.3 android OS. i got mine recently and LOVE IT. they're working on a root for it (along with the evo 3D), but even stock i love this phone. only reason i'd root it is to get rid of this bloatware shit on it. but as for apps, some really handy ones (if they don't come already installed): swype - some people like texting this way, some don't. i absolutely love texting this way. much easier than pecking on a screen for buttons you can't feel glympse - you use your gps and can send your location to people and they can track you. good for long drives when people are waiting on you. they can just see where you're at instead. advanced task killer - kills running apps periodically. helps my battery stay buffed up shazam - because it's awesome google maps - free turn by turn directions those are some handy ones i use a lot. you'll find some others you like by exploring the google market. i have some games, photo editing apps, etc. just downloaded a DJ app earlier. i can scratch and mix my own MP3's. can't wait to play with that one haha

i enjoy the shit out of em. fruit punch is my favorite, watermelon is my second fav, lemonade is my third. i drink one at least once a week (every monday) and sometimes more if i go out more, or if i go to a party or something. love em tho 2 of them in a 30 minute period i'm calling that too. too damn sweet to drink even one in a half hour. i drink one comfortably in about 45 minutes, and i've been drinking them for a couple years now. but yes, they took out not only the caffeine, they also took out the guarana and taurine, so adding a caffeine pill by itself won't make it the same. but with that said, the cans at 12% are still potent as shit. the bottles are 8% which i hear taste kinda better, but obviously not as strong. i stick to my cans tho you could mix a few drinks and shit (original loko, vodka or something, monster, dissolved sugar candies for flavor, and a caffeine pill) to get something similar to the mix with the alcoholic content, but i don't imagine it'd be very tasty. i wish i could still find the original cans tho my ex bought some in florida after they were banned up here, but she turned super bitch mode before i could get em from her lol. oh well

to help check if it's a loading issue, try to close the port off as best as you can and turn on some music. play it loud enough to where you think you could differentiate the two speakers. it might not work 100%, never tried, but to me i think that would help at least some EDIT: or switch the subs and see if the issue continues with the same sub (then it's a sub issue) or if it's just the placement of the subs (box issue)

that looks way fun. i saw a video of a guy skiing down a mountain and caused an avalanche, so he's skiing ahead of this avalanche and basically base jumps off the edge of the mountain and parachutes away. looked pretty awesome, but this looks more fun. a longer ride, that's for sure
