it won't cause problems per say, but it won't necessarily allow your XS to perform to its full potential. the stock battery will drag the XS batt down some, to the same level as the stock battery more or less. imagine running a mile with your friend who can also run the mile in the same time as you, vs running a mile dragging a sleeping bag with your friend in it. lol poor analogy

i read over on CA.com that if the sub is able to take at least 4 times the power that the amp can put out (before clipping), no matter how bad you clip it, it won't kill the sub. just food for thought. does that mean you should clip it anyways? no no no no
