    Ya but he's online about once a month and probably gets a TON of messages. Ok so for the drilling spot, do you think i can take out those adjustable rubber stops that the hood sits on, and put the bolts there?

    I know about finding the right mounting spot and drilling the right spot on the hood itself, but im not sure if you need a specific bit for drilling cf cleanly. Thats what has me worried. I'd rather not mess up my $750 hood LOL.

    Alright guys, so i drive a 92 celica. By NO MEANS, is it a race car. Nor is it a ricer. But i picked up a VIS racing carbon fiber hood at pick and pull for 40 bucks. couldn't pass it up. I've had it on the car for about 6 months now, and i'm scared shitless to do more than 75. I just bought some hood pins on ebay today and was wondering if anyone has experience with installing them, especially on carbon fiber hoods. Thanks guys.

    This is completely untrue. What do you mean? Not all subs are going to be recommended the same enclosure. I had a box for 2 nightshade 18's. It was 8.25 cubes net. Bassraced a 49.9 in an explorer. Traded those subs out for 2 Fi BL 18's and it sounded horrible. See where I'm going with this?

    Do you know how many people come on here and say "oh I wanna put 6 18's in my crx". Then we take time out of our lives to give them good recommendations and we never hear from them again. Just because they're all talk. Now, a percentage of those people actually go through with their plans. But we're talkin 2% of those people. No offense to you or your buddy. But I won't hold my breath on this build.
