this is what i was thinking. you see when i go full tilt on my system the charging voltage goes up. you have a beefed up alt that doesnt need to try so hard to keep everything in check. if im right after you rip on it for about 5 mins full tilt the voltage should increase by a fair amount once you turn it down. something like 14.3-14.5 for yours mine did this once. was sitting at 14.4 then i railed on it for a couple mins, turned it down and it charged at 14.7 for a while
