  1. Sounds like it hits, cant wait to try in the ride, Thanks
  2. Agreed. The system i have is my first system and its ok for about 800 dollars.(system in sig) but if your on a budget then go with those kenwoods.
  3. When i got everything all hooked up again after replacing the fuses it looked like one sub was excursioning more that the other, but mabey its the was i have it wired. Amp +- to first sub +-, other coil +- is conected with a piece of wire then to the first coil hooked to amp to next subs first coil then the second coil on the second sub is linked. I'm hoping that nothing is wrong with my amp, i think i just got lucky with the fuses blowing and having to spend 3 dollars replacing the fuses.
  4. By double checking my work and trying to calm down, i figured out this is what i did. Now i have to get 4 new fuses when i get the money. Looks like im not bumping for a few days, unless i find out that i fried my amp, lets hope for the best! Thanks for the help bigredishott, and boon!!
  5. i do not have an inline fuse on my remote wire, just the amp fuses and the in line power fuse
  6. All 4 25a fuses are blown, and there is melted metal all over the ground terminal on the amp. i don't have any money to get fuses right now so im gonna have to wait a few days. I'm really nervous because I'm suppose to be selling this amp and subs to my friend.
  7. yes i should have but i diddent this time, but will do check the fuses right now, thanks
  8. i went to hook up my amp and i had my capacitor hooked up to the battery and it sparked when i put the ground into the amp and now all i hear is a popping noise from all my speakers but u can hear music. my amp lite doesn't come on either. my guess is i fried my amp.
