number 1 would be the gasket that come with subs to seal any air leak from the sub cutout or weather stripping, if there is a little gap on one of the sides, just put some caulk or silicon along the inside edge and let it dry and you will be good to go.

CA GLUE will work, but i think a lot of people on here dont like kicker or something of that sort. as long as there is enough of that lip covered by enough of the surrounds lip you can glue it back and clamp it down till it dries, then glue the plastic back on.
