dont really know what your asking but the gaps on your plugs should have been set before putting them in. i use to run bosch exclusively in my bug until i tried ngk. i heard they run a lil hotter so that they dont foul as much and they seem to last a lot longer. as for bits getting stuck in the actual plug you prolly need to look else where for that problem. its prolly part of your cylinder wall or the actual piston. its hard to tell with the info given
