A little update: I'm out of the ER and have nothing life threatening. It was an infection, huge ball of puss. They had to cut my face open while I was awake (numbing medicine did not work). Then they had to squeeze and stick their tools in the incision. Probably the worst pain I've been in, I felt like I was in a Saw movie.

Yeah that stuff is no joke, luckily my wife caught hers before it got bad but even she was given some intense antibiotics. Feel better man.
