    Also is you have any friends that have had some tranmission work done find out where they went... Was looking into getting one for my jeep soon, (dont really need it but i want to be on the safe side) Talked to one of my friends said that the place he went to charges $600 to rebuild your current trans or the same for a rebuilt (used) one to be put in... So word of mouth is another good way to find a good place.

    Yea my buddy found out the hard way not to run it through the hood/door jam when i was raining and he touched the truck and got the shit shocked out of him.

    Yea that what im talking about he said the paste stuff almost like JB weld and the there is this stuff you cut a piece and kneed it till its almost like silly puddy and slap it on.

    Alright you guys quick question i have a leaky exhaust manifold on my jeep. Right at the collector weld... Was wondering if i used JB weld or a similar exhaust patch will it hold up temporally? Guys at autozone said it "should" just thought i would get a second opinion... This is by no means a permanent fix.. But i would like it to hold up for a month or so till i can gather the funds to buy a new one and replace it.

    Question what did you wrap it in, looks good. My center is black now and i like it but its 18+ years old so its in need of replacement.

    Thats because your voltage is naturally lower at idle... Also You factory voltage meter will only display what its reading upfront and unreliable in car audio applications... Are you checking the reading at the back battery.

    Looks nice... my first box i had to cut everything with a cordless circ saw... Needless to say it took forever.. On top of that pieces dont aline perfect but it sounds awesome.

    I got the actual badges off now... I just have to get a can of 3m adhesive remover... BUT i am really strapped for cash right now... Most of the money i get from odd jobs goes straight in the gas tank... it takes about 55 to fill up my jeep and that last maybe a week or so... I am hoping that the paint is the same color under the badge and not faded. But my buddy said some rubbing compound, wash and wax should take care of it.
