I'm surprised to see this thread by you. A SF won't cause clipping. It just blocks out frequencies lower than what its set to, and allows higher frequencies to play. Pretend its a highpass filter. It should be set about 5hz lower than box tuning.

I'd get a second 2700 in that case. It'll match the other 2700 and won't allow as much voltage drop.

What rear battery do you have? Do you mean D3400? I'm mobile so I can't see your sig. Also, will this be daily? If so, I think you'd be all set. I'd get a second D3400 in the back because I'd feel more comfortable. I do like overkill though lol

The SD5000 is capable of outputting 6000 watts. I'd go with either AA Mayhems or Fi BTLs. Those subs have a crazy amount of technology in them.

Kicker has so much technology in the amp, so I may be wrong. But, isn't the Warhorse's efficiency 92%? I read somewhere that it pulls 800amps full tilt. On music it probably pulls around 600amps max. Is there any way you can fit a 3rd alt (second SMD spec unit) in the F150 to charge the Warhorses? Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't the Warhorses Dre less current than a SD. I understand that 2 amps generally draw less than a single amp (when they put out the same power), but these are Warhorses.

We need a budget. "Not cheap but not to costly" to me is $3k to 4k. To my dad thats around $1k. To my uncle, he says thats about $7k. We need a hard budget
