Damn, that's insane, especially you trying the led's. I could see how hid's could cook em, but no way in hell that the led's should. The stock halogens should be hotter than them. Is there any way to warranty them? If it were me, I would say start finding one that's a proven winner, or some even at a junk yard, and then fab a bracket, but fab it to connect to the existing bracket so youu dont have to worry about connecting to the bumper itself.

damn, tough choice. But yeah, the lex would make more sense in the long run. and plus, if you want to go somewhere with the family and want to not drive the yukon, such as a road trip to see your folks or what have you, it will be alotttttt cheaper on gas.

yup, dont have it, dont need it. It was nice to have sometimes at school, but when im home for summer and my whole life before, it was fine having just the local channels. Hell, as long as i get to watch the packer games im good.
