    they seem touchy.. just don't drop low on voltage you be fine.. mate had a 9k and 8 12" that was fine but voltage drop and she fried hard..cheap to repair tho..

    lol funny thread..even now i just banged on my 1 coil feeding it probably 5k...box tuned to high for lows but slams well.. atleast your willing to learn now (by looks of it lol) can't wait till i can afford 2 more recones and go balls out in my lil car..

    song clipping? i killed my level 6..aparently 9k at 18v and half ohm it wouldn't take it..oh and coil rub LOL im yet to chop it up..i may today just to see. how did you blow yours orion? im getting ready rebuild 2 of my xxx and run the 9k back at 12v me thinks..

    iv run a soundstream 1700rms amp off a yellow top and stock battery, but upgraded to yellow top and was worth it.

    gay cun jarred..you know if you bring me 10 big yellow batts from qld ill send you home with my 8v that can be wired up to 18v nice build tho, looks clean (for aussie standerds lol)

    why not port :| and i thought to tune a sealed box it depended on size (you wont get 100% where want but slightly making it bigger/smaller can effect tuning? or atleast peak lol)

    very similar to dc line of amps, iv seen the 1.6k amps and had lil play here with them. seems like dc 2.0k just tuned down, or something, same as shoks 8.5k.. same sort of outside cover..ill try snag a few pics of a 1.6k tonight or today if i get chance

    awsome vid, iv thought about an ipad as a head unit, or maybe a small pc, thinking a laptop but i not sure.. mini thred jack tho lol,, i has quick question, i sorta looked but can't find an awnser. Is there any voltage drop when useing the dd-1? will it effect outcome? Say mate is running street b with 9k amp but only allowed 1 battery, obvious voltage drop but dose the dd-1 put it under a load and is there any voltage drop caused? i havn't tried yet but thought id ask.
