You sure its not switching very quickly in between 14.7 and 13.7 or something? Mine used to switch so fast, sometimes it looked like it was at around 19 volts

open your track, click analyze, then plot specrtum, make sure Algorithm is set to spectrum, change function to Hanning window, change Axis to Log Frequency, and change Size to 16384 and your good to go

yes, but it looks like the henwood is single 4-ohm and the sa is dual 4 -ohm
