back on topic lol im jw what all the warranty covers, what it doesnt cover, and is it possible to buy it for the same products over and over and over?? i read the general stuff they have on the site, but i like details thanks, Alex

well, i might as well be specific, huh?? two RF P3 12's on a DC 2k...itll be wired to 1ohm before rise, in a sealed box (or two depending where ill put my amp) so i mean that alone should be lots of rise, so i shouldnt hafta worry about fried coils since they actually be seeing perfect RMS at the sub, and again, set with a DD-1 with a 0db tone so theres little to no chance of clipping.

theyd only be on a DC 2k at 1ohm in a sealed box (till i can afford a custom ported box) so theyd be underpowered by the time they're played for a while

well, im also wanting to get a DD-1 and set my amp with a 0db tone so there's no clipping to the subs...but im jw what all it covers, if it'd actually save me money in the long run or if id hafta say forget it, and save the $20/sub and see if someone does recones for them

on a piece of wood or something on ur back seat?? im moving mine there (i hope lol) when i get my next subs

how should we know? call them and ask geez do you always have to have a snobby reply when you say something? i was just wondering if stuff like that would be covered.. its what he does lol but he is right....different places will handle it differently, the only way to know if they'll cover it is to call them and ask

so if i get this for a pair of subs, and lets say they blow in a year and a half...does that mean i just send them back to u guys (or to whomever) to have them replaced? and at that time would it be possible to purchase the warranty for an additional 3 years? thanks, Alex

ive heard grounding to the battery up front is best...but since i have not tryed it yet, im not 100% sure from personal experience. and im sure that if u get a solid ground or two or more to the frame it should be alright just my .02

u dnt need a hell of a lot of flex in a small car either...i have a run (gonna hopefully be adding another run tomorrow for the ground) and it flexes just fine

when i used mine....i just hooked it up and called it good...its only a temporary charge...by the time u can get the charge off and the wires hooked up, it'll have lost the "charge"

well, i honestly would recommend copper lugs and im using kicker 1/0 but i dnt see it mattering if its true to gauge, which is why im using welding cable to go back to my amp lol but add to ur stock wires and make sure all the connections are solid

u will never see 1400 watts from that amp....just look at the fusing...as long as u set ur gains properly, ull do just fine...and its the RMS that u need to look at for the subs...and find an amp that wont get so hot...i had the 1000w max Sony amp (a little older one) and i could not under any circumstances touch it after playing for about a half hour/45 minutes.....
