Only problem I've had with this laptop, the battery is no longer working after a year...Would be nice to use this as an actual laptop and not as a desktop...Can anyone suggest the best place to buy a battery cheap for it? Product ID AA-PB9NC6B, 11.1VDC 48Wh(4400mAh) on the battery. Also, anyone ever tried seeing if there's a way to replace the thermal paste on the CPU of a laptop? I think mine may need redone, since mine's starting to shut down on occasion on high power settings...

I was thinking about it, but I'd like to keep the back seat in there, because there are times I do need room for more than 3 people, but who knows. Right now, most of my money would be either going to this or my PA system.

I'm looking at a 2004 Extended Cab 4x4 5.3 auto with 114k for $7k mainly because I need something to haul my DJ gear around than a stupid minivan, but I want to be able to either stick my two 12's in it, or downgrade to 10's of the same make and have a nice utility/daily truck...Opinions? Well, my 2 year is up for renewal, and I have the choice to upgrade phones. (I'm with AT&T, unfortunately...). I have the choice to either get a iPhone 3GS now for $99, wait until the end of the month and get the iPhone 4 for $99, or purchase a different phone with a renewal contract. Main things I'm looking for are iPod-like capability & internet tethering. Other than that, it's mainly up in the air. What would you guys suggest? No bashing of other phones, keep this civilized...

Last week, a young boy swimming in a river in the next county over drowned somehow. There's a fundraiser going on at one of the local VFD's to help support the boy's family with the funeral, etc. I've volunteered to run my sound system for the event, which is consisting of several bands & several hundred people are expected to turn out. Not only is it my good deed for the community (well, next community over...lol) it's a good advertising time for me. I may not get paid to do it, but it feels good to provide for those in need. I will be doing a videolog of that day, with the musicians & such. Just have to find a set of monitors to buy or at least use for the day...Stay tuned! Those in the southern Ohio/eastern KY/western WV area feel free to come out. It's in Greenup, KY, and we're also looking for musicians if anyone nearby plays & wants to volunteer their time. Preview of the Front-Of-House section (trying to get ahold of another set of dual 15" speakers to use, just incase...)
