  1. hmm you said battery was good? uh maybe check connections to battery. i also didnt connect them good enough so it wouldnt start haha couldnt figure it out for like 3 days. im sure everything will be good man
  2. That's not quite how you calculate cone area. You need to measure the sub from middle of surround to middle of surround for the diameter. But, yes an 18 has more cone than 2 12s. It really comes down to motor force vs cone area. One more thing to consider is that you may need as much as 10 cubes net for the 4 12s, but you may need as much as 13 cubes net for the 18s. yeah i was just estimate cause every sub is different so its just an estimate. if i was way off then my bad
  3. louder varies with every car box etc. but they do have more cone and id go with the 18s. but its your choice. you do have more motor force with the 12s
  4. more cone area with the 18s pretty sure if math is right. 36pie x 4=144pie 81pie x 2=162pie
  5. where it says #of extra baffles put 1...and its where you put the subs.so if they are on the side of the box you double it ^^what he said ahha
  6. so much work so little time

  7. you should prolly put 3 for the common port wall if it uses 3 walls. and i highly suggest using double baffle.
  8. 12-16 for slot port. my skar 10s like alot of port. mine is tuned to around 33 and they play down to 25hz no problem get low as hell. make sure you make the box real strong also.
  9. check your connection? i did that once where i didnt connect it enough and wouldnt start. also is it charged?
  10. just to let you know in the 1500 specs frequency response says 50-270 not 15 unless im missing something... im saving my money up though!!!
  11. you could trim around the 0 gauge outter thats what i did.
  12. prolly cause i just built a box for the 2 10s. second box in like 2 weeks haha.
  13. so mad my parents wont let me take out my backseats so i could put in a few 12s
  14. you can buy a module that you hook up leds too. i have one its alright not exact. i think you can hook it up to your speaker terminals but its not the best thing to do.
  15. Remove the back seats or not...hmmmm decisions decisions.

  16. you can fiberglass the box to to add a lil strenght id assume.
  17. yeah true. i also heard that the bigger the tire, height wise, the better grip because it there is more tire. but i could be wrong someone more informed can say that one.
  18. yeah i think 240 was what i was told would be as big for 8 inch. if its 8.5 you should be fine. why not just go 10s and put 295s on em sometimes it depends on the rims to like offset and such also.
  19. no not realy a 8 inch wont fit a 255 well itll fit but not very good. youd proly need a 8.5. i have 235 i think on my 18s
  20. great guy to talk to responded right away. got my amp real quick. definitley would do business again!! thanks dude!
