i liked the volvo but it was too small for my tastes volvos are nice cars though. as for the jeep its got a pretty reliable 4 liter v6 in it and its got basic windows and locks so i dont have to really worry about anything except for the engine and transmission which seem pretty soild

i recently sold the pos dodge intrepid my parents got for me. gave them 700 back for it and im looking at my grandmas old 1991 volvo 240. well it has a short somewhere in the dash so my question is how hard would it be to trace out the short. and could it be the factory amplifier staying on?

its only been about 3000ish miles since the pads were replaced so they should still be good

i never popped off the tires and looked but i felt the brake disks on both sides and they dont have any grooves on them. when i rotate the tires this weekend ill look at every thing a little closer

my first question is why would i have a scraping noise coming from the rear end of the truck almost as if the brake pads were metal on metal. but they arent. also sometimes my back brakes get stuck. like if im stopped at a red light, when i go to take off the engine will rev but the truck wont go for a second as if the brakes were stuck. could the calipers possibly be bad. also would it be a good idea to flush all of the brake fluid since its probably the original fluid. my other question is what are the easiest modifications to do to the truck. i know of a cold air intake and dual exhaust i also know about getting a tuner. but what else is there that can be done.

head lights tail lights doors hood trunk all your windows mufflers cats headlights tail lights misc interior pieces. pretty much anything thats still in good condition. also the dash and instrument cluster and most importantly the ecu. im pretty sure those are somewhat expensiv. just be careful with the airconditoner parts they will have r13 in them under pressure and it needs to be desposed of properly. lastly whore it out charge like .25 cents per minute for some one to smash it lol

well it depends what input does the monitor actually have. and yes the sound should be directly to the hu

well if you need audio you will also need to run a 3.5 mm to it

well what kind of video outputs does your laptop have just a vga?

well power for one. either 3.5 mm audio/ video input if it will accept it or rca inputs. unless it has hdmi support which i would doubt

i dont know about the laptop but i dont see why you couldnt mold the monitor in. i would suggest just buying one though.
