  1. If your box is aimed back in the trunk and you hear air noise, I doubt its coming from the ports. Unless you are hearing it just when you have the trunk open. I'm not questioning your box building ability, but I would check for leaks elsewhere on the box first. Then if the ports truly are the problem, just order some PSP 3" Aero's. Or pm me, I think I have a few extras I could cut you a deal on.
  2. I'm looking for two 8" woofers. They either need to be dual 4's or single 2 ohms. I need them in good shape mechanically and cosmetically. Let me know what you have and how much you want. Pics will help too. Thanks
  3. Bazooka did the liquid cooled amps a while ago, but it didn't really catch on. I think its a really cool idea. Go for it!

  5. I would guess the belt is too tight putting a strain on the engine. Were you pulling a lot of current when this was happening?
  6. What vehicle did this come off of? Which other cars will it fit?
  7. Old HCCA's are 3" coils. I have one that has a FI recone in it.
  8. I have used and installed many of these without any issues.

  10. I have used one of these. It is sooooo easy to use! You put on your 4 wheel reflectors, start the program, roll the car back about a foot so it reads everything. Push it back forward, do 3 steering sweeps and that's it. It's just adjustments after that. I adjusted the camber, caster and toe on my ram in about 15 mins. If you don't know what to loosen to adjust something, no problem, it has actual pics of pretty much every car on the road and step by step instruction on how to do it. Nice Buy!
  11. Damn, you stole my idea. I knew I shouldn't have said anything at SBN.
  12. http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.c...tnumber=080-260 Thats what I use.
  13. We used mild steel to raise the seats in trucks at the shop. With a small torch, hammer and vice you can do it your self. To check airspace on odd shapes just make a good guess and use packing peanuts to get the true volume and adjust from there.
  14. First I would start with a piece of 1/2" MDF to use as a base to mount the amps to. Just attach the MDF to the ribs on the trunk lid.
