ill go look into that. thanks *edit - Just looked at it. his flush mount mine aren't flush mount. the plug was only 1 layer thick. ill need more than that because the 15s will be mounting to the plugs. maybe ill take the outside front layer down a bit so i can get flush. and yes, 18s are going bye bye sucks that im losing so much cone but if the end result gets me louder then meh, doesn't matter lol.

that's the plan for the outside layer. will have 2 additional layers that fit into the existing cutouts as well. outside will just be 1 layer thick. don't want it sticking out too much from the existing baffle.

switching to 2 of the new sa 8s per chamber. should be beaaasstttt. lol. need to switch to a smaller sub so the subs won't thermal after a minute of play lol. aren't moving enough to cool properly. going down to 15s, if anything i should gain a bit from testing in tom's jeep.

need to plug 4 18" sub cutouts. baffles are 4 layers thick. re-doing baffles is not an option. have a good idea of how to do it already, just wanted to get some more ideas before i actually jump into it. was thinking 2-3 cutouts that fit snug into the holes and one over top that would overlap the baffle on the front. cutouts would be glassed and bolted down from inside. outside layer would be rounded over on the edges glassed bolted down as well. throw me some more ideas please? Thanks.
