no way you guys can really get carry permits there under 21? Yep, they are talking about changing it though and talking about getting rid of the lifetime permit. I think getting rid of the lifetime permit is a good thing... 5 year permits are suitable... You reapply every 5 years and get a background check to make sure you are still keeping things in order

Its all in how you portray yourself when you are carrying is how you'll be received... If you walk around just like normal whether you have a weapon or not then things shouldnt be to bad. You definitely have to be MUCh more aware of your surroundings when you are carrying but dont make it obvious that you are carrying if you are concealed but if you also choose to open carry then just be mindful of where people are in relation to you and where your weapon is at all times is the biggest thing
